Meridian Link Services may be implemented in any of three different packaging options, (1) as a standalone software only solution, (2) as a no charge feature when purchasing Contact Center Manager Server or (3) as a no-charge feature when purchasing Contact Center - Express with the CTI feature enabled.

Technical Specifications include:

  • Capacity of up to 25,000 calls per hour
  • DNIS expansion to 31 digits
